Dry eye care happens mostly at home, between appointments. This app carries the routine your optometrist set with you, reminds you at the right times, and keeps a record you can bring back to your next visit.

What the app does

• Holds your treatment plan as your clinic set it up, with the doses and the timing written down
• Reminds you when a step is due, morning, day or evening, and lets you tick it off
• Keeps track of how your eyes feel over time, so a pattern is visible rather than remembered
• Includes guided checks you can run with the phone camera, and shows the results in plain language
• Suggests products from the group's own list, based on what you report
• Shows your clinic's details, so booking a follow up is one tap

The app supports self care. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it never replaces your optometrist. Anything it shows you is worth discussing at your next visit rather than acting on alone.

If your clinic gave you a code

Member clinics hand out a code that unlocks the tailored plan for their patients. You can enter it while you set the app up, or later from your account. The app is free to download either way.
